Sara joined Scottish Agronomy in 2014 after studying Agriculture at SRUC Aberdeen. She is from a family farm in Perthshire and her favourite time of the year is lambing season. She loves travelling the world and her favourite destination is New Zealand. Her main role is managing the trials data, assessment scheduling and reporting to companies. However, after taking on the role of Knowledge Transfer Manager in 2018 there is much more emphasis on analysing the data further, collating relevant information and relying this to agronomists and members. She is also involved in wider projects in conjunction with other organisations.
