Juaad has stayed in the Angus area for most of his life, apart from four years when he lived in Aberdeen. He previously worked as a Project Accountant for Subsea7 in Westhill but had been considering a career change and wanted a new challenge. Juaad had family connections to agriculture and experienced potato roguing during the summer, prior to joining Scottish Agronomy in February 2025.
