Stevie started life at Scottish Agronomy in 2014 having previously worked on a trout farm just outside of Perth. His time is split between the advisory of both potatoes and cereals and helping in the trials team. In 2018 Stevie achieved his BASIS and FACTS qualifications, which he puts to use at the Kelso and Strathmore group meetings as well as providing crop walking services to 1-2-1 members. In the trials team Stevie helps to develop some of the junior members of the team and is involved with all aspects of the potato trials when required.
Outside of work Stevie still enjoys the odd game of rugby and is now in his 22nd season with Perthshire. He loves early mornings, coffee and is partial to a Gold bar.
