Originally from Wales, Emma joined us in September 2023 as one of the Field Trial Officers. Having started a degree in Nursing and soon realising it wasn’t for her, she then chose to study Environmental Science via the Open University, with a bit of lambing, calf rearing and milking and a flock of sheep on the side.
In 2025 she passed her BASIS Certificate in Crop Protection and is currently splitting her time between the Trials Team and accompanying the Agronomists as she continues her training.
Always armed with with a bar of chocolate and stopping for a pint at the end, Emma loves walking and can be found most weekends exploring Scotland with her very affectionate Cockerpoo Ivy, who is also a favorite with the rest of the team when she brings her to work.
